Kazakh shelpek - flatbreads

Try a delicious dish of Central Asian peoples. I like to experiment in the kitchen and today I decided to cook a Kazakh dish - shelpek. Shelpek is the tortillas of the Central Asian peoples, which are fried in sunflower oil. The taste of shelpek resembles the dough for chebureks. Tortillas are cooked quickly, but they turn out to be hearty and tasty.
