Cooking method

1. Sift flour, add yeast, salt and sugar to it. Mix it up.

2. Gradually add vegetable oil and water to the flour mixture. Knead the dough. It should be soft and pleasant.

3. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for about 40 minutes (until the volume of the dough increases by 2 times), after which it needs to be kneaded.

4. Roll the dough into bundles and cut into pieces.

5. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or frying pan.

6. Fry the donuts until a beautiful golden color (over medium heat).

7. Put the finished donuts on paper napkins that will absorb excess fat.

8. After the donuts cool down, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

Serve donuts well with any jam, jam, syrup.
