Peel the strawberries from the stems, rinse, dry.
Soak gelatin in cold boiled water. A little less than half of the strawberries are spread out in molds or cremans (if the berries are large, they can be cut)
Chop the remaining berry and squeeze out the juice.
Strawberry squeezes boil in a saucepan for 5 minutes, fill with water.
Strain the liquid through a sieve and add strawberry juice (previously squeezed), soaked gelatin and sugar to it.
Heat all this over the fire, without bringing it to a boil until the gelatin dissolves. Do not boil!!!
Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature.
Pour the jelly with the prepared strawberries and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
Before serving, the form with strawberry jelly should be dipped in hot water for 2-3 seconds. and turn it over on a plate.
You can decorate strawberry jelly according to your desire and taste - with whipped cream, mint leaves, etc .
