Freezing. With this method of harvesting greens, some of the nutrients still disappear. However, many housewives like frozen greens, it is convenient to use it when cooking dishes. The greens are thoroughly washed, dried, the leaves are separated from the stems and put in a container or bag, tying it so that an air space is formed in it. We send the greens to the freezer for a couple of hours, then take them out and transfer the frozen ones to compact storage containers in the freezer. Also, the leaves can be placed in ice molds, pour them with clean water and freeze them, and then use them for cosmetic purposes, for example, to wipe the face.
