Lightly salted cucumbers in 5 minutes in a bag

Do you like to crunch lightly salted cucumbers? Cook them in 5 minutes! Many people love the taste of crispy, lightly salted cucumbers, but we do not always have the opportunity and time to engage in a rather long and time-consuming process of pickling cucumbers. But there is a way out! I want to introduce you to a completely different approach (although, perhaps, many also know this method), which does not take much time. And the cucumbers come out just amazing - delicious and crispy!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 5 min

So let's get started!

Wash fresh cucumbers well and cut into rings 1-1.5 cm thick. Put them in a tight plastic bag (it is better to take a special plastic bag with a zip lock, since it is more reliable and equipped with a special fastener that will facilitate the cooking process). But you can also use the most ordinary plastic bag by tying it into a knot.

Generously sprinkle cucumbers in a bag with salt, add chopped herbs (you can take any to your taste) and be sure to put finely chopped garlic in the bag, because it is thanks to him that cucumbers become especially crispy.
Close or tie the bag tightly and shake hard. After a few minutes of such shaking, the lightly salted cucumbers will be ready. But if you like it saltier, you can keep cucumbers in brine a little longer.

Such cucumbers will be an excellent snack for baked meat or kebabs in nature. However, and to any other dish!

Bon appetit!
