    How to marinate cherry tomatoes for the winter without sterilization? Prepare all the ingredients according to the list. First of all, take care of tomatoes. For the recipe, use dense tomatoes without obvious defects and signs of damage. I used two types of cherry, red and yellow.

    To find out the exact number of tomatoes that you will need for pickling, fill empty jars to the top with them.

    Next, remove the stems from the cherry. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly in cold water.

    Peel the garlic. Rinse the basil greens, thyme and garlic under running water.

    Before starting the main preparation, sterilize the jars and lids in any way convenient for you: in the oven, microwave or in a water bath. Put basil and thyme in sterile jars on the bottom. If desired, you can add small umbrellas of dill and parsley.

    Fill the jars with tomatoes to half.

    Next, send garlic to the jars (its quantity can be increased or decreased).

    Report the remaining tomatoes all the way to the top. Pour boiling water over the jars, cover with lids and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

    Next, drain the water from the jars first into a measuring cup (to find out the exact amount of liquid), and then into a clean saucepan. Add salt, sugar at the rate of 1 liter of water, 1 tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Add the peppercorns and send the pan to the stove. Bring to a boil on a high flame, then reduce the heat to moderate. Boil the marinade for 2 minutes, pour in the vinegar and remove the pan from the stove.

    Pour the cherry tomatoes with boiling marinade. Close the jars with lids using a seaming wrench. Leave the tomatoes under a warm blanket upside down until completely cooled.
