Wash small chickens and pour a mixture of white wine and pineapple juice overnight.



Take out the chickens and put them on the grill in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 1.5 hours. Put a tray on the bottom of the oven to collect fat.



Chickens are cooked without salt.



Pour the juice in which the chickens were soaked into a saucepan, and the fat from the pan, boil everything for 5 minutes.



Peel pineapple and bananas and cut into small cubes.

Put the fruit in a saucepan with sauce. Cook the sauce until the fruit is boiled in puree.



Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.



Beat the sauce with a blender.



Pour rice with water, adding turmeric, curry, salt.



Boil the rice until tender. Add butter.

Put the rice on a platter. Put the chickens on top.



Serve the sauce separately.



Serve the dish with lemon, cut into 8 pieces.
