Cucumbers in Polish for winter

An original snack with cucumbers for the winter! There are different recipes for pickled cucumbers in Polish: sliced, with the addition of various vegetables and spices. Each of them is interesting in its own way. I liked the recipe for cucumbers in sweet marinade with vegetables in Polish. Simple, bright, colorful and delicious.

    Prepare the ingredients for the billet. The quantity is indicated for 1.5 liters. the jar. Cucumbers are used fresh, firm, only collected from the garden, small in size. Cucumbers are thoroughly washed under running water, put in a large container, fill them with cold water and leave for 4 hours.

    Then drain the water, rinse the cucumbers again, cut off the tips of the vegetables on both sides.

    Wash the carrots, clean and cut into circles.

    Peel the onion and cut it into rings.

    In addition to cucumbers, carrots and onions, you can add other vegetables to taste. Recipes for cucumbers in Polish are not prohibited. Bulgarian pepper is washed, we cut out the peduncle with a seed pod. Cut the pulp into rings or straws.

    Peel the white cabbage from the upper leaves, cut off several pieces from the dense fork.

    Wash the cans with soda, put the wet neck down in a cold oven, turn it on at 150 degrees, sterilize for 15 minutes. The lids are washed, boiled, dried.

    Garlic cloves are cleaned from the film. The leaves of black currant, cherry, umbrellas of dill are washed, dried.

    Pour water into a saucepan, put half of the cherry leaves, currants, put on the stove, bring to a boil. Add sugar and salt, boil for five minutes. Pour in the vinegar, keep it on the fire for a couple more minutes and turn off the fire.

    In sterile jars at the bottom we put the remaining half of cherry leaves, currants, dill umbrellas, horseradish leaf, garlic cloves, bay leaf, allspice, peas.

    We stack the vegetables tightly, first we place the cucumbers vertically.

    On top of onion rings, carrot circles, pieces of white cabbage and bell pepper. Pour boiling marinade cucumbers in jars. We cover the jars with sterile lids and sterilize the cucumbers in the jars. You can do this in a water bath by pouring water into a saucepan, put a cloth on the bottom. Sterilize in a water bath for about 15 minutes from the moment the water boils. We roll up the jars with lids, turn them upside down, wrap them with a blanket and leave them overnight.

    The cooled jars with cucumbers are put away for storage in a cool place. Enjoy your meal!
