    We will wash all the prepared vegetables thoroughly. Bulgarian pepper will be freed from the seeds and cut into slices. They should turn out to be more or less flat, so we cut off the too curved part.

    Peel the carrots and cut them diagonally with a sharp knife. The height of the piece is about half a centimeter.

    Cut the pumpkin, free from the hard peel and seeds, into pieces about 0.5 cm high.

    Cut the heads of very young onions in half, after removing the rhizome.

    In champignons, it is necessary to update the cut of the stack and cut it in half lengthwise.

    We try to cut the inflorescences of cauliflower into pieces with a height approximately the same as pepper, carrot and pumpkin.

    Leave the cherry tomatoes intact. If you take tomatoes on a twig, the finished dish will look even more expressive.

    Garlic will be passed through a press or grated on a fine grater.

    Put the vegetables in a bowl. We will also add the ingredients for the marinade: -olive oil, - garlic, -rosemary (fresh will always be preferable to dried, but if there is an absence, dried will do), -Dijon grainy mustard (it provides grilled vegetables with a new unusual flavor). Add salt and mix thoroughly. We remove the vegetables to marinate in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes. No less.

    Warming up the electric grill. Mine doesn't have a function for frying vegetables. That's why I use the sandwich program. I never lubricate the grill grilles with extra oil. We spread unsweetened vegetables: mushrooms, cauliflower. Tomatoes will also be fried first.

    If the size of the grill allows, you can load all the vegetables at once. Mine is small, so after the first batch I wipe the grates with a paper towel and place the next portion - bell pepper.

    Then - carrots and pumpkin with onions. Place the carrots as obliquely as possible relative to the grill bars. This will make a more beautiful drawing. Be careful with sweet vegetables: they burn much faster.

Pumpkin and cauliflower are very unusual ingredients for grilling. However, with such a wonderful marinade, they get a very interesting taste.
