Cake cookies without baking sour cream cottage cheese

Cooking method

1. We put the cottage cheese in a bowl, using a blender we turn it into a paste-like mass.

2. Add sugar, sour cream and softened butter to the curd mass, beat it again with a blender.

3. Separate the peaches from the syrup, cut into cubes, leave a couple of pieces for decoration. We also leave one cookie, turn it into a small crumb for sprinkling the cake.

4. We line the form with cling film, lightly lubricate with cream, dip the cookies in peach syrup, spread the first layer, lubricate with cottage cheese cream and spread the peaches.

5. Thus, we collect the whole cake, we do not lubricate the top layer, since later it will be the bottom of the cake. We send the form to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

6. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: pour sugar and cocoa powder into a saucepan, add sour cream, mix everything thoroughly and send it to the fire. Bring the mass to a boil, remove from the stove.

7. We take the cake out of the refrigerator, carefully turn it onto a serving dish, remove the food film, trim the edges.

8. Cut the peach into thin slices, decorate the surface of the cake with it, pour icing, sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
