Dessert Apple Clouds

Such airy apple clouds are begging to be tasted! The clouds are very gentle. They taste like marshmallows, but much more tender. The sweetness of the clouds can be adjusted to your taste, powdered sugar can be completely removed if the apples are very sweet or vice versa add more. By the way, applesauce, you can cook it yourself or buy ready-made baby food (I cooked it myself). In the original, the recipe was with a date base, so I cooked it, but next time I will cook without it, the taste of dates is too strong and the base interrupts the tenderness of clouds, but this is for my taste)) and everyone's tastes are different :) Help yourself, it's very tasty!

    Step 11.

We release the clouds from the paper, cut them and you can serve them to the table. Bon appetit!

Applesauce for the recipe I cooked myself, but it's not necessary, you can buy ready-made. In order to prepare applesauce yourself, cut the apples into halves, peel them from the core, put them on a plate and send them to the microwave oven. Bake depending on the size, at the rate of 1-2 minutes for each half of an apple. We grind the finished apples with a blender and rub the resulting mass through a sieve, applesauce is ready!
