I really love dessert tiramisu. There are a huge number of cooking options. Summer, lightweight version with strawberries - I like it the most, which I decided to share with you today.
My strawberries, cut in halves or into four parts, pour 1 tbsp.l. sugar and set aside to extract the juice.
Preparing custard. Mix the dry cream thoroughly with 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, turn down the heat, pour a thin stream of cream mixture with milk into it and, stirring constantly, bring it back to a boil. Remove from the stove, add butter and set aside to cool to room temperature.
Mix the cooled cream with yogurt and mascarpone (or cream cheese) and beat with a mixer for about 3 minutes, until smooth.
Cut the cupcake into cubes and put it on the bottom of the prepared bakals (cremans, wide glasses), pour the released strawberry juice.
Then put a layer of sliced strawberries, whipped cream with mascarpone on top.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with pieces of cupcake, strawberries and a sprig of mint.
We put it in the refrigerator for impregnation for 1 hour (if desired, as long as possible).
Our strawberry-vanilla tiramisu is ready.
