White currant pie without baking

Amazing cottage cheese treat! Cook and enjoy the taste! This pie does not require baking at all. The filling tastes sour, so if you like sweeter treats for tea, you need to increase the amount of powdered sugar. I advise you to just try the filling in the cooking process. My family and I just love such pies - with sourness, so that the sweetness of ripe golden berries is especially vividly felt. Try it - it's very tasty!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 11 h

1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, mash it with a fork.
2. Pour yogurt into the cottage cheese.
3. Cover the sieve with two layers of gauze, pour out the curd-yogurt mixture. Place the sieve on a container of a suitable size into which the liquid will drain. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Do the cake first thing in the morning. To do this, melt the butter.
5. Crumble the cookies into crumbs, not necessarily too small, let the grains remain.
6. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter.
7. Put the crumbs into a mold with a diameter of 20-23 cm, level along the bottom, form the sides. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
8. Put the mixture of cottage cheese and yogurt in a bowl, add to it the zest of one orange, finely grated, and powdered sugar. Mix everything well.
9. Put the curd filling on the cake, smooth it out.
10. Put white currants on top (clean, dry, removed from the twigs), sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Let the pie stand for 5-10 minutes and you can serve it with tea.

Have a nice tea party!
