Grilled fish Marinade

So that the grilled fish is especially delicious and does not fall apart! We cook grilled fish often and not only in the warm season. Through numerous experiments, I came to the conclusion that it is better to marinate fish for this method of cooking without using any acid. So it turns out to be dense, whole, does not fall apart. In general, I recommend it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

1. Put the honey in a bowl. It must be liquid. If your honey has become too thick, it can be warmed up a little (preferably in a water bath).

2. Pour the chili flakes (you can also use powder or finely chop fresh pepper).

3. Peel the garlic, squeeze it through a press to the rest of the ingredients.

4. Pour a couple of pinches of salt.

5. Mix everything well and pour olive oil over it.

6. An important stage is the final mixing. Do this carefully so that the mixture becomes homogeneous.

7. Put a large sprig of rosemary in the marinade.

The marinade is ready! Now it remains to marinate the fish. Keep the fish pieces in the marinade for no more than 30 minutes - this time will be quite enough.

This amount of marinade is enough for marinating fish weighing 400-500 grams.

Culinary masterpieces and bon appetit!
