Marinade for fish in the oven

A successful marinade for extremely delicious baked fish! I want to share my favorite marinade recipe. It is thanks to him that my fish dishes are especially tasty and fragrant, as well as a little unusual, because such a combination of ingredients adds a certain original note. A great alternative to the usual marinades for fish, when only lemon juice is used. Try it!

Cooking method

1. Peel the onion, rinse it under cold water and cut into thin half rings. Remember a little with your hands so that he lets the juice out, put it in a deep container.

2. Add mustard and honey, mix.

3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, pour it into the rest of the ingredients.

4. Add olive oil, a pinch of salt.

5. Mix everything thoroughly again.

Everything is ready and you can proceed directly to marinating the fish. The marinade is enough for a carcass weighing about 1 kg.
