Marshmallow and white chocolate mastic

Delicious mastic for decorating pastries and cakes. It is very easy and pleasant to make jewelry from such mastic. I liked the taste of it too. Excellent marshmallow mastic, from which you can easily and without problems make a beautiful decoration for a cake. I made a small amount, so if you need a lot of mastic, cook a double portion.

Break the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan, add marshmallows and stir until about half is melted. Then add the juice. I used apple, but you can use another one. Also pour in the cognac. Always getting in the way! Add the oil and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed. Remove from heat. Pour in a little powdered sugar and knead with a spoon. When it becomes so thick that it is difficult to stir with a spoon, sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the table, lay out the mass and stir with your hands until you get a soft elastic mass, like warm plasticine.
Powdered sugar may need more than indicated in the recipe.
