Cottage cheese peaches

Kids will love it!Insanely delicious, simple and original! This culinary recipe is somewhat similar to the cheesecakes familiar to many - cheesecakes made of cottage cheese. Only cottage cheese peaches are prepared in a different way. And they are fried in a different way too. It is better for them to take a lot of oil, as for deep-frying. Then the curd peaches will be fried from all sides and will be ruddy. So they will look more beautiful. If there is a desire, you can put some stuffing inside such peaches. My family loves raisins, so I put raisins. But it is better to put fruits or berries. So juicy. Real peaches are also suitable.

First you need to grind the eggs with cottage cheese, then add sugar and salt to them. Then extinguish the soda in vinegar and pour the mixture into the curd mass.
Sift the flour through a sieve and also add to the cottage cheese. Mix so that there are no lumps.
Now you need to form balls from the made curd dough and roll them in semolina, as in breadcrumbs. The balls need to be made small.
After heating the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the curd peaches until golden brown. Turn them over at the same time so that they are fried evenly.
Put each peach on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Put on a platter and serve with tea.
Bon appetit!
