Cooking method

I was collecting recipes for New Year and Christmas and came across such a wonderful drink as "Christmas milk". I have already tried to cook, so I advise you.

First you need to make a stencil out of cardboard in the shape of a star, then to make an asterisk on the surface of the milk. Put the finished cardboard star aside for now, and take a saucepan yourself and pour milk into it.

Immediately put the washed raisins, chopped fresh ginger, orange slices and honey into the milk. Put the pan on the fire. Let the milk boil. Then pour it into cups. Somewhere should be enough for 4-6 cups. Whisk the usual cream to make a foam.

Put this foam on top of the milk in each mug. But it is necessary to put it not just, but through a cardboard stencil prepared by you, so that the cream lies in the shape of a star. Hold the stencil exactly in the middle so that the star lies in the center. Sprinkle it with a little cinnamon, which is mixed with powdered sugar.

This should be done with each mug. Therefore, it is better to practice in advance. And at Christmas it is easy and quick to create this miracle. Immediately serve milk to guests and loved ones. Enjoy your appetite! And merry Christmas!
