Thoroughly wash the horseradish roots, then pass them through a meat grinder. We put it in a separate bowl, pour boiling water and cover it with a lid (this is done only to remove excess bitterness from it). Leave until the seasoning cools down. Now mix the boiled water with 9% vinegar, add salt and sugar, mix well until the latter are completely dissolved. Filter the grated horseradish through a sieve, put it in a jar and pour the resulting solution. If you add natural honey to such a solution, you will get a real cure for thirty diseases. Cans of grated horseradish can be stored in dark, cool places, or you can even roll up for the winter. Such a crappy snack is suitable for making sandwiches. To do this, take the softened butter and the initial mass of horseradish in a one-to-one ratio, rub it well so as to achieve maximum uniformity. And freeze in the refrigerator. And then spread on bread. It goes very well with different soups and even (!) with tea. With horseradish, any food is delicious and healthy.
