Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

Preparing the products:

1. Hard-boiled eggs, cooled in cold water.

2. Drain the liquid from the canned food, knead the fish with a fork to a more or less homogeneous state.

3. Peel the onion, cut into cubes - the smaller the better.

4. We clean the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Three whites on a large grater, and the yolks on a small one.

5. Cheese is also grated.

The components of the salad are prepared, we proceed to the assembly. We choose a salad bowl of medium depth, put some of the proteins on the bottom, then cheese, smear with mayonnaise (I make a thin mesh). Next, we spread the canned food and sprinkle with onions, rub butter on top of the onion (after putting it in the freezer for half an hour). Then a layer of part of the yolks, mayonnaise again. We finish with the remaining part of the proteins, on top of which we make a mesh of mayonnaise.

We send the salad to the refrigerator for at least an hour, after which we decorate with egg yolks, grated on a fine grater, and a green sprig of dill.

Handsome salad is ready to please everyone gathered at the table)

Bon appetit!
