  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare all the ingredients. Remove the packaging from the processed cheeses and place them in a plastic bag so that they are close to each other. We send the package to the microwave oven at maximum power and heat them for 30 seconds on each side.

    Step 2.

We put the cheese in the bag on the board and press it with a spoon, the package should be well straightened. Next, we take a rolling pin and roll the cheese into a homogeneous cheese pancake. If the pancake is warm, we leave it on the table until it cools down completely and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes, if it has already cooled down during the rolling process, we send it immediately to the refrigerator. While the cheese pancake is resting in the refrigerator, we will prepare the filling.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

To do this, boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and rub the whites and yolks separately on a fine grater. Also, on a fine grater, rub the garlic, unpack the salami. Prepare the dressing for the filling. To do this, mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a deep dish, add garlic, if desired, you can add a little salt and ground black pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of dressing to the frayed whites, 2 tablespoons to the yolks and mix thoroughly.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

We take the finished cheese pancake out of the refrigerator and take it out of the package, I usually cut off the edges of the package with scissors, then the cheese pancake gets well. We fill the cheese roll. The first layer is spread with a worn protein. The second layer is salami. Spread the egg yolk on top of the salami and carefully roll up the roll. After finishing the roll, wrap it in the same package and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Finely chop the dill and sprinkle it on the finished roll. Cut into portions and serve to the table. The processed cheese roll with salami and eggs is ready! Enjoy your meal!

A beautiful and delicious roll appetizer of cheese, salami and eggs will decorate any festive table. It is not difficult to prepare and very unusual, it is always liked by my guests and is eaten first of all snacks on any festive table.
