Prepare the ingredients: instant coffee, ice cream, chocolate, milk, sugar to taste. Homemade desserts are a great opportunity to please your loved ones with small pleasant moments – sweets prepared with your own hands. But not always time allows you to do complex and lengthy desserts in preparation. Recipes "in a hurry" help out, one of which is this dessert. You only need to have a pack of cream or vanilla ice cream on hand, the rest of the ingredients, as a rule, are always at home. The cooking process is so simple and fast, so such a delicacy can be made often and for no reason, and you can easily diversify the taste of dessert using different types of coffee, types of ice cream, various additives, for example, nuts, cookies, cocoa, chocolate and others. We pour instant coffee into the blender bowl, the number of servings can be increased, depending on how many people this delicacy will be prepared for. Those who like sweeter desserts and sweet coffee can add sugar or powdered sugar to the blender bowl. But, in my opinion, the harmony of taste is created precisely due to the combination of sweet ice cream and unsweetened coffee. Pour in warm milk, the fat content of milk also depends on the desired calorie content of the dessert, ice cream makes this delicacy already quite high in calories. Beat the ingredients with a blender until a foam forms on the surface of the mixture. We break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a metal dish in a water bath or over low heat on the stove, stirring constantly with a spoon (you can use ready-made chocolate syrup), we leave a couple of pieces for dessert decoration. Let the chocolate cool down a little and pour it into a glass or other serving dish so that it spreads evenly along the walls. Pour coffee into this dish. Add a ball of ice cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate or cocoa powder on top, you can also sprinkle with crushed vanilla shortbread cookies or crushed walnuts. Dessert is ready. We immediately serve it to the table.
Bon appetit!
