Lavash with boiled sausage and melted cheese

A delicious quick snack that will serve as a decoration for any table! Pita bread snacks are my favorite category, because they are universal, they are prepared from affordable products that are always at hand, and they are suitable for any occasion - for a holiday, for breakfast, for nature - there is always a place for them on the table. This dish is an impromptu from what turned out to be in my refrigerator today...

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

We put some kind of mat on the table, spread the food wrap on top. We cut the pita bread in half, if it is large, like mine, and lay it on a film. If it's small, then we take the whole one. Spread with melted cheese

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Cut the boiled sausage into plates

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

    Tomato in thin half rings

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

We spread sausage and tomato on the pita bread

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Cover with the second half of the pita bread and spread with the remaining melted cheese

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

    Chop the greens

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Sprinkle the second half of the pita bread with herbs

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Twist the pita bread into a roll as tightly as possible

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Wrap with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, and preferably longer - so it will soften and it will be easier to cut. You can do it in the evening - and in the morning there will be a great breakfast. Or you can, for example, twist and go to nature - it will be a great snack for a barbecue. That's all - it took no more than 10 minutes to prepare, and the rest of the preparation will take place without our participation

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

We take it out of the refrigerator, carefully release it from the film and cut it. I didn't wait a little for the allotted time, so my pita bread got a little unwound, so it needs to be kept in the refrigerator!

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

This snack looks very nice, for example, on lettuce leaves

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Our snack is ready. Bon appetit!
