If you have not previously been engaged in the preparation of wine from other types of fruits, except grapes, this recipe will be an interesting experience for you.

In our case, the main ingredient is quince. We need its juice directly for wine, but we don't need the pulp. Squeeze out the required juice and mix it together with sugar in one container. To them we add a special wine starter.

The container in which we mixed all this is tightly sealed for six months. Only after the specified time has passed, we will be able to open the storage of our wine and pour it into bottles.

We will lower the filled bottles into very hot water, but not boiling water. We keep the bottles for half an hour, keeping the water temperature at a more or less constant level. After that, it's too early to drink quince wine, you need to put it in a dark place for the next 6 months. In total, it will take us a year to prepare a good wine.
