Tincture with lemon vodka strawberry

One of the best drinks for the festive table! This wonderful recipe has been tested by me for more than one holiday, it turns out delicious and you will be sure that without any chemistry. The recipe for this strawberry tincture comes from Poland. It turns out with a rich strawberry flavor and aroma, and a slight hint of lemon.

To prepare strawberry tincture, the berries must be washed under running water, dried on a towel. Pour the berries into a glass bottle, cover with sugar so that they let the juice. Then pour vodka and stand for 6 weeks. You can shake it periodically. Then drain the tincture, add lemon juice, cinnamon and insist for 2 weeks. Then filter the resulting tincture (you can use a linen cloth folded in several layers) from impurities, bottle it and keep it for three months. The yield is about 3 liters. Berries can then be used in baking. Strawberry tincture is served with ice or added to cocktails.
