Liver on skewers

Unusual, delicious and not time-consuming, for invited guests and a family dinner. If you are OK with mayonnaise, I would advise smearing potatoes with mayonnaise.

Peel onions and carrots, cut into rings.

* My liver, remove the films, bile ducts, soak in water or milk for 30-40 minutes. Rinse, cut into pieces that will be convenient to string on sticks (like a barbecue), i.e. approximately square. No more than 4 pieces per stick.

*Add salt, pepper, and sesame seeds to the liver (1 tablespoon). Pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix it up.

* Peel the potatoes, cut them not in thick circles (otherwise the potatoes will not be able to bake). Salt, pepper, add 3 tbsp.l. ras. oils.

*Now we string the liver on skewers, alternating with carrots and onions.

* Put potatoes in a baking dish.

*We put liver kebabs on top.

* Add a little salted water. Cover the mold with foil.

* Preheat the oven to 180 *. We put our dish there. It is not necessary to turn over and interfere with anything. Cook for about 45 - 60 minutes.

* Now you need to remove the foil and let it brown for 5-10 minutes with a grill or just in the oven for 20 minutes, the liver is ready on skewers.
Enjoy your meal.
