COOKING:
1. Chop the white chocolate, put it in a bowl and melt it in the microwave or in a water bath;
2. In a saucepan, boil the cream with the addition of mint leaves (pre-wash them), remove from the heat and let it brew under the lid for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the leaves.
3. Pour hot mint cream into the melted chocolate, stirring constantly with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
4. After adding strawberry puree and mix with a whisk until smooth consistency.
5. Cover with cling film and put it in the freezer until it hardens. Beat before use.
