We take carefully selected raspberries. By selected, it is meant that among them there are no heavily crumpled, or obviously sluggish raspberries. Getting rid of the ponytails. We put the pure raspberries in a large container, into which we also add sugar. The sugar should be on top of the berries. We pour vodka on our pile of raspberries. Let it brew for an hour.
The next step is to mix the resulting berries, and put them in jars together with vodka and sugar. We keep them there for a month. Make sure that the lids lie tightly on the cans, and the cans themselves are in an unlit corner.
The month has passed – we filter the liquid and pour it into bottles. We close the bottles. Raspberry liqueur can already be drunk.
