Beat the eggs well.
Add sugar and beat the eggs until white.

Bake the cake for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Take out the finished cake and cool it together with the paper.

Grate the apples on a coarse grater.
Pour apple juice into a saucepan, boil it.
In a bowl, mix the pudding with sugar, dilute it with cold apple juice.
Pour the pudding mixture into a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, for about five minutes, until the juice thickens and becomes homogeneous.
Pour the grated apples into the pan and stir the mixture for five to ten minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Add cinnamon to the filling. Mix it up.
Smear the cooled cakes with apple-pudding filling and leave to cool.
When the cakes are soaked and the filling has cooled, put the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Soak gelatin. Melt it in a water bath.
Beat the cream with powdered sugar.
Pour gelatin into the cream. Mix it up.
As soon as the cream starts to thicken, apply it to the cake.
Sprinkle the cake with cinnamon and grated white chocolate.
Cut the cake into cakes.
