The process begins with baking cakes. It is necessary to make three large rectangular cakes and one small round one that will go on a snow slide.

Mix flour, eggs, sugar, condensed milk, sour cream, baking powder with each other until smooth. It will turn out something like not too thick sour cream.

Lay the paper on a baking sheet and put the dough. Bake for half an hour at 180 g all three cakes. I baked a round cake in a split shape with a diameter of 22 cm . I took two times less products than for a large cake, and I added chopped walnuts to the dough.

Preparing the cream. Whisk the cream to peaks, divide into two parts, pour 80 ml of pineapple juice into one and whisk again. The resulting cream lubricates the first cake. Spread the pineapple cut into pieces on top.

Close with the second cake. With a blender, we bring blueberries with sugar to a puree state. Lubricate the second cake with blueberry cream and spread the third cake on top.

Mastic: with boiled condensed milk, beat the softened butter. Cut the round cake into pieces and mix them with one third of the butter cream.

We form a slide from these pieces and put it on the topmost cake. We coat the whole cake with butter cream.

Roll out the white mastic and cover the cake with it.

We make icing, protein glaze. Whisk the protein with a fork to a foam, then pour in powdered sugar and continue whipping. Pour in a little lemon juice. You should get a stable white mass.

Apply icing on the cake with brush strokes, imitating snow.

We make Santa figures, snowmen, chalk, gifts, Christmas trees and snowflakes ourselves. After decorating the cake as shown in the photo.
