Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

Rice for this delicious salad needs to be boiled in advance.

Now prepare the dressing:

1. To do this, mix lemon juice (or lime) with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and honey.
2. Pass the garlic through the press, cut into small pieces a fresh hot pepper or rub dried in a mortar and add it to the resulting mixture.

Leave the dressing to infuse, and proceed to processing the meat and other ingredients yourself:

3. Cut the tenderloin into 1 cm thick pieces, lightly salt, grease with vegetable oil on both sides and fry in a well-heated grill pan. The degree of roasting depends on your taste preferences.
4. Chop the onion into half rings, and cut the cherry into 4 parts.
5. Cut the meat into thin strips.
6. Mix all the ingredients in a large glass dish and pour over the dressing. Leave a few pieces of meat to decorate the salad.
7. Serve the finished salad on the table immediately, garnished with finely chopped green onions and strips of beef.

Enjoy! Bon appetit!
