1. Prepare meringue:
Beat the whites together with salt into a strong foam, add vanilla and, continuing to beat, slowly add powdered sugar, then pour in vinegar and beet juice. Beat to strong peaks.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
Put the mass on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with a tablespoon. Reduce the heat in the oven to 100 degrees. Put the baking tray inside. Bake the meringue for 1.5 hours.

2. Prepare mastic, roses for cake
Mix all the ingredients and pour into a homogeneous mass. Separating small pieces, mold flat petals, 1-2 cm in diameter, crumbling the mass constantly in powdered sugar. Form roses and set them aside to dry.

3. Preparing the cream:
Combine the softened butter with condensed milk, stir until smooth.

4. Collecting pink cake. We spread the cooled meringues on the dish, layering them with cream. Pour a little chocolate melted in a water bath on top of the cake. And decorate with roses made of mastic.
