Cottage cheese with oranges and bananas for breakfast

A beautiful fruit dessert with a delicate taste! The beauty of this culinary recipe lies in its extraordinary simplicity, originality and, of course, excellent taste. I personally cook these stuffed oranges for my kids in the morning, when you don't have to run to work) And it pleases the eye, and raises the mood, and in general. Serving stuffed oranges as a dessert on holidays is the very thing. The food is light and, most importantly, fast. In addition, you can use anything as a filling. But I offer you exactly the one that my kids like))

You need to soak the gelatin in cold water, let it swell, and then heat it in a water bath. When the curd-yogurt mass is ready, pour gelatin into it.
Cut each orange into two halves, remove the pulp with a spoon. The pulp of an orange together with any other fruit or berry (bananas, kiwis, peaches) is whipped in a blender in a puree. Mix with cottage cheese and yogurt and put in vases of oranges.
Then put them in the refrigerator for about an hour.
When serving, decorate according to your taste with pieces of fresh fruits and berries.
