Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

1. Slightly heat the water and pour it into a bowl, add all the dry ingredients to it, and add a little sifted flour, the density of the dough should be like pancakes. Leave for a quarter of an hour in the heat, during this time the yeast begins to work and bubbles appear on the surface of the dough.
2. Now, little by little, we add more flour, we adjust the amount ourselves so that the dough turns out not very liquid, but not cool either. Melt the butter and put it in the dough. Now we mix everything thoroughly.
3. We leave the dish covered with a towel in a warm place where there are no drafts. As the dough rises, we knead it, so repeat 2-3 times. After that, the dough is ready and you can start cooking.
