Then remove the cabbage, tear off the first leaves, tear as much as it will go. Make more notches and put in the microwave for 5 minutes at full power. Then take out the head again and tear off the sheets. Of course, we need quite large sheets for cabbage rolls. As soon as the sheets become small, we stop the process. The rest of the head can be put on cabbage soup, for example.
Now collect all the torn sheets and place them in the microwave for 5 minutes. They will become almost transparent.
