Zeppelins with onion and sour cream

Have you tried Chinese, Japanese and French dishes? It's time to try the zeppelins! Tsepeliny is a national Lithuanian dish. In my opinion, this is the tastiest dish. It should be eaten hot.

Three raw potatoes on a fine grater, squeeze through cheesecloth.
Leave the juice for 10-15 minutes. As soon as the starch settles, drain the water gently, pour boiling water, put on low heat and, stirring, bring to a boil.
Remove from the fire, combine with potatoes, mix, salt. You can also put boiled potatoes, mashed (four pieces are enough) into the mass.
We pass meat through a meat grinder, pepper, salt, mix with fat and fried onions.
Divide the potato mass into eight parts, add minced meat to each inside and fold it in the form of such an airship (zeppelin).
We lower the zeppelins into boiling water and cook for 20-25 minutes. They will gradually rise to the surface, and then sink to the bottom.
We take out the finished zeppelins with a slotted spoon, put them on a warmed dish, pour the sauce from sour cream, bacon and fried onions.
