Korean Asparagus

A wonderful savory snack will suit any table! One girl from our course got married in an unusual way. The company had "according to statistics, 9 guys for 10 girls." One of the guys, a tall handsome man with a sporty figure, was smeared with honey, the girls were just swarming around him. And our little girl, an ugly excellent student, stood on the sidelines and just listened. The guy looked around the table with simple student food, sighed and said that he loves asparagus very much in Korean, and jokingly remarked that if one of the girls knew how to cook it, he would get married without hesitation. What happened next? Yes, nothing special, our quiet one casually noticed that he just knows how to cook asparagus as he likes. And while the others were luring with bare knees, I fed the guy. And he just married her for real. I offer you a culinary recipe for simple happiness.

Real asparagus is not always available, so we will buy a dried billet. We will turn the dried product into juicy and almost delicious with the help of boiling water. Pour them asparagus for an hour. Peel the onion from the husk, cut it into half rings and fry it in vegetable oil together with carrots grated on a grater. Pepper sauce, crushed garlic and soy sauce, all sauces on 1 tablespoon will give the sharpness to our asparagus.
Remove the asparagus from the water, squeeze a little and pour into the sauce, mix and serve chilled.
If you don't have pepper sauce, any hot sauce to your taste will do.
