Turtle salad is a recipe that seems funny to me. Maybe that's why one day I decided to cook it. It turned out to be surprisingly delicious, do not think that this salad is limited only by appearance. Turtle salad with chicken and nuts is quite suitable for children and not only if you do not hesitate to try unusual-looking dishes.

Sometimes we just want to cook some salad, but not just a salad with chicken, but something that could please not only us, but also our friends. Let's share with you what is called turtle salad, I got the recipe for it quite by accident, but I think that such food will be to the taste of many gourmets.

So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
