Vinegar is an ancient and very popular seasoning! Recipe from grapes. Every year my home vineyard produces a lot of grapes, I cook wine. In the process, a lot of grape cake remains - I cook vinegar from it according to this recipe. Vinegar is good for salads and pickles. And in general, around where you need to add spicy sourness!

The recipe is described for one three-liter jar. If you have a lot of cake and you want to use it all, calculate the proportions.

Fill the jar with cake by a third.
Add sugar.
Pour cold water, mix well.
Add vinegar uterus, mix. If you do a bite for the first time and there is no uterus yet, it's okay - just in this case, the process of vinegar formation will take longer.

Cover the jar with gauze, tie it and leave it for 10-15 days. Every day you need to mix the future vinegar a couple of times.

After strain, pour into a clean jar and leave for 70 days.

Vinegar is ready, you can bottle it for storage! Delicious meals!
