Fragrant and sweet alcoholic drink made from berries. Mulberry tincture is sweet, with a pleasant taste, very fragrant. It is not difficult to cook, and it can be stored for three years. Mulberry for this drink is better to take dark and ripe.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 14 d 30 min

1. We sort and wash the berries, then knead them and transfer them to a glass container.

2. Prepare the syrup: heat the water, pour sugar into it and stir until the crystals completely dissolve. Cook for 3 minutes, then cool the syrup.

3. The cooled syrup is sent to the berries.

4. Pour vodka, mix.

5. Cover the container with a lid and put it in the dark for two weeks.

6. We are waiting, shaking the future tincture once a day.

7. The finished tincture is filtered twice through gauze, folded several times.

8. Pour the tincture into a bottle, close it tightly and put it away for storage in a dark and cold place.
