American Potato salad

A simple salad of American cuisine from available ingredients. Potato salad in American style can be prepared even by a novice cook. The trick of the dish is that it is very simple to cook it, and you need to insist for at least 6 hours. You can serve it on the table not in the usual form - in a salad bowl, but on toasted toast or fresh lettuce leaves.

Cooking method

1. Boil potatoes in a uniform, hard-boiled eggs. Boiled ingredients are allowed to cool, then cleaned and cut into large cubes.

2. Peel onions, cut into small cubes, chop cucumbers and celery in the same way so that the pieces are proportional to each other.

3. Combine the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

4. We cover the salad and send it to the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
