Yin Yang salad with prunes

Delicious and tender salad with original decoration. In Chinese philosophy, Yin and Yang serve to express opposites, for example, man and woman, hard and soft, dark and light. Yin Yang salad does not belong to the cuisine of the peoples of Asia, the salad got this name because of the design in the form of ancient symbols. There are different options for preparing this salad, I suggest cooking the most common one.
