Lingonberry jam has an unusual taste, so it can be consumed with almost any food. Jam made according to such a culinary recipe turns out not very sweet, but with a rich taste and aroma. In addition to its traditional use with tea, pancakes, ice cream or baked goods, it can be served with fried meat or poultry, as well as fried cheese. And, undoubtedly, lingonberry jam is prepared for the winter. Fresh cranberries are sorted, washed, poured with boiling water and thrown into a colander. Put the lingonberries in a saucepan, add water and cover with granulated sugar. We put a saucepan with berries on a small fire. In the process of cooking, mix the jam gently, add a stick of cinnamon and clove buds. After the jam boils, cook it over low heat for 5 minutes. Then turn off the fire and put the jam to cool at room temperature. The cooled jam is laid out in jars and tightly closed with lids. Very tasty lingonberry jam, the preparation of which you will spend only half an hour!
