Pasta bolognese with onion and tomato sauce

It was after this trip that I started cooking Italian dishes at home, gradually delving into the mysteries of this extraordinary cuisine. 1. Let's do the sauce:

- peel garlic and onion, rinse, cut finely;

- carrots and celery root are also cleaned, washed and cut (carrot - very thin circles, root - small cubes);

- pour boiling water over the tomatoes, separate the skin, leave the pulp;

- fry the prepared ingredients in olive oil for about 5 minutes, then pour in the wine and keep on fire until the alcohol evaporates;

- put the vegetables in a saucepan;

- minced meat is also fried in olive oil for about 5-6 minutes, after which we mix it with vegetables, add tomato paste, chicken broth, oregano, salt, pepper.

2. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

3. Serving the dish: spread a portion of pasta, add sauce and decorate with fresh herbs.
