Apple jam with vanilla sugar in five minutes

The advantage of this jam is the speed of cooking! The recipe is very simple and does not take much time. I always cook such jam from country (ugly) apples. I don't pour too much sugar to make apples with sugar, and not vice versa!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 hours

Wash the apples, cut out the core, cut into small cubes, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 2 hours.
Put the apples with the released juice on low heat and cook until boiling, stirring. Add vanilla sugar, mix and arrange in sterilized jars, roll up. Jam from apples is ready for five minutes.
