Pickled row mushrooms for winter

My most favorite recipe for pickling rows. Nature gives us a lot of good and delicious things. In particular, forest mushrooms, which everyone loves very much in my family. From a large variety of mushrooms for pickling, I choose the rows (blackheads, gerbils), the recipe of which I want to share with you.

    To prepare the recipe, you need to collect row mushrooms in the forest. It is better to collect mushrooms in mid-October. In the video, the author tells in detail and shows how the row mushrooms look, but if you are in doubt, it is better to buy them from knowledgeable people in a store or on the market.

    Ryadovka mushrooms are a kind of gerbils, so they grow in the sand. They need to be well washed from the sand and clean the hat and leg the way we usually peel potatoes. Put clean mushrooms in a saucepan, pour water and put on fire.

    Bring to a boil and boil for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Drain the mushrooms in a colander, rinse well with water again, place in a saucepan and pour water intended for marinade.

    Add salt, bay leaf, cloves, pepper peas to the water with mushrooms, bring everything to a boil and cook for 45 minutes. Add vinegar 3 minutes before the end of cooking.

    Put the mushrooms in clean glass jars to the very edges, leaving no air and roll up. From this amount of ingredients, 2 liters of pickled mushrooms are obtained.

Ryadovka mushrooms is the collective name of a whole order of mushrooms, which includes both edible and conditionally edible species. Basically, they are all edible: and gray row, and poplar, and giant, and matsutake, and massive, and yellow. The rows have a whole list of useful properties. So, it is very valuable for medicine that many antibiotics are obtained from the enzymes contained in the rows, which are most often aimed at combating tuberculosis bacillus. Mushrooms are also rich in vitamins of group B, PP, C, A.

These mushrooms are known to help well with mental fatigue. Doctors recommend the rank and file to people suffering from diabetes and hypertension.

Due to the fact that mushrooms contain very few calories, they are perfect for dietary nutrition, and the presence of a large number of trace elements and proteins makes them an excellent food for vegetarians. In their chemical composition, they are very close to meat, therefore they are able to completely replace it.

Edible row mushrooms are very useful for humans. Their benefit lies in the fact that mushrooms contain vitamins and substances that have a beneficial effect on the body, helping to cope with many diseases.
