Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. First you need to defrost blueberries.
2. Then we grind the berries, for this we grind them through a sieve or whisk
with a blender.
3. Put blueberry puree in a saucepan and pour cold water, leave 0.5 liters for starch dilution. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. Filter, getting rid of the skin in this way, so that the jelly turns out to be transparent.
4. Pour back into the pan and bring to a boil, then pour sugar and stir and cook the syrup.
5 Dissolve starch in cold water. Pour the mixture into the boiling syrup and mix quickly. We are waiting for the jelly to thicken, so the drink is ready.

Note that in such proportions, drinking jelly is obtained, it is quite liquid. How to make a thick jelly? Just increase the amount of starch. Approximate guideline: for liquid jelly, take 1 tablespoon of starch for each liter of liquid, for medium-thick jelly - 2 tablespoons for each liter, for thick jelly - 3 tablespoons per 1 liter. But, since everyone has different spoons, you can put more or less starch, focusing on your taste.

It is also worth considering that frozen berries also give juice and its amount will be different for everyone, and it affects the density of jelly. Enjoy your meal!
