Cooking method

1. We take out the frozen cherry berries and transfer them to the pan in which we will cook, there is no need to defrost the cherries beforehand.
2. Pour 2.5 liters of water, and put the pan on the fire. As the water boils, we cook the berries for about 10 minutes, after which we filter through a sieve or gauze.
3. Next, add sugar and cook the syrup while it is cooking, dilute the starch.
4. Add the remaining half a liter of water to the starch and mix so that there are no lumps left, then pour into boiling syrup. Stir constantly as the jelly begins to thicken, remove the pan from the heat and let the drink cool down.
