Pasta horns with broccoli and cheese

Cooking method

1. Boil the pasta in lightly salted water until it is half cooked, then we throw it into a colander.

2. Boil broccoli (broccoli is pre-washed, divided into inflorescences) for a couple for 4 minutes (I cook right over a pan with pasta, conveniently and shorten the process :).

3. We put the butter in a saucepan, send it to the fire, melt it. Pour flour into the melted butter, mix.

4. Pour milk into the resulting mass in a thin trickle, preheating it in the microwave or on fire, cook the sauce until thickened.

5. Add mustard, paprika, nutmeg, ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and salt to the sauce, mix (if the sauce is not homogeneous and there are lumps, rub it through a sieve).

6. Grate the parmesan, grate half of the cheddar cheese as well. We put the cheeses in the hot sauce, mix with a whisk until they completely melt.

7. We put the pasta in a baking dish, pour the fragrant sauce (all) here, spread the broccoli, mix.

8. Rub the remaining cheddar on a grater, sprinkle the surface of the dish, send the mold to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot on the table.
