Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h 10 min

1. Go through the rowan berries, remove all the twigs that could have fallen during the berry picking.

2. Wash oranges and lemon with a brush in hot water.

3. Cut off the places of the stems in citrus fruits, cut them into pieces, remove the bones.

4. Using a blender, chop the prepared pieces of oranges and lemon.

5. Put the citrus mass and rowan berries in a convenient enameled basin, cover with sugar and send to the fire.

6. Bring the berry-citrus mass to a boil, then cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

7. Put the jam in clean, dry jars, wait until it cools down, then close the lids (it's better not to close the hot ones so that condensation does not form on the lid).

Well, that's it! Beautiful fragrant jam will delight you with its taste in the winter cold!
